Brand new Climate Science activity

Degrees of change - Understanding our past climate

This activity is about giving students a greater understanding of weather and climate. It teaches students how to interpret historical climate data and understand why climate scientists look at what's happened in the past.

During the activity you will create three big temperature graphs, one for the World, Central England and Devon. You will plot the  average temperatures over the past 60 years and see how they are changing.

This activity is a great way to get students interested in STEM subjects and carrying out their own research.
