Start aims to help people across the UK take clear, positive and practical steps towards a better future. Start will be launching a series of events which will culminate in The Start 'Garden Party to Make a Difference' which will last for 12 days from 8 to the 19 September 2010, from 10am to 6pm daily.

The Garden Party takes place in the gardens of Clarence House, The Prince of Wales' official residence, and those of his neighbours at Lancaster House and Marlborough House in London. It will be an intriguing blend of exhibitions, interactive displays, fun activities and live performances throughout the day from comedians, musicians and speakers.
