EDF Energy London Eye: Learning experiences
London Eye experiences provide the perfect setting for students
of all ages to discover historical London landmarks both on the
River Thames and on view from the London Eye. We have a range of
visit options available to schools during term time, plus free tickets for teachers.
London Eye experiences
Admire the stunning 360° views of London from aboard one of our
32 high-tech glass capsules. This is the perfect opportunity to
point out to your class the famous and historical London landmarks
that pass beneath you.
Or why not upgrade to a School Guided Tour for just 75p per student and
enjoy a fact-filled and interactive commentary by your dedicated
guide.
All tickets include entry to the 4D Experience, an ideal introduction to your
visit at the London Eye. Our new 4D Experience is a groundbreaking
3D film with spectacular in-theatre effects including wind, bubbles
and mist to add a breathtaking fourth dimension.
London Eye River Cruise
The London Eye River Cruise conveniently departs from the
Waterloo pier, adjacent to the London Eye. Highlights of the
40-minute circular cruise include St Paul's Cathedral, The Houses
of Parliament, Tower of London, HMS Belfast, Shakespeare's Globe
Theatre, Tate Modern and the Millennium Bridge. The live
commentary, delivered by a London Eye host, provides an excellent
educational insight into London's riverside landmarks.
