There are lots of ways in which water is wasted in schools, but one of the simplest to tackle is flushing the toilet. You could save several litres with every flush. Can your students work out how much you could save?

Podometers

When you finish an activity we use your start and end audits to count your activities and measure any savings you make. You can track your savings using your school's pod-o-meters.

Eco-schools England

This activity contributes significantly to an Eco-Schools Bronze Award. Two or more 'short' activities will contribute to a Silver Award.

Remember you will need to complete an Eco-Schools simple environmental review and action plan to meet Bronze Award criteria.
