big school warm up

About

It's time for a warm-up exercise! This activity is designed to follow on from The Heat is On.

Can students organise loft insulation in your school? Will teachers and other students warm to the idea?

In this activity students analyse the current insulation in your school, publicise the issue of heat loss and campaign for improved insulation.

Your step-by-step guide to getting started and all the resources you need are below.

Good luck!

This 'long' activity contributes significantly towards an Eco-Schools Green Flag application.

Remember you will need to complete a formal environmental review, a detailed action plan and a follow-up review first.

You should also have begun work on a least two other projects.
