Welcome
All of the Pod's content provides a fun and inspiring
introduction to environmental issues for younger pupils and
encourages them to get involved with green activities in school, at
home and within the community.
For ages 4-7, the Pod has some great interactive games covering
recycling, saving energy, transport and habitats. The games can be
played independently by children, or used as part of the
structured, cross-curricular lessons. There's also a fun activity
sheet to download, and a chart to track your progress through the
games.
As well as the games the pod has lesson plans and activities on
a range of different topics from composting, cutting down on food
waste, understanding more about electric vehicles and also
calculating how much power we can generate as individuals.
Each lesson plan includes:

- worksheets to print and use
- comprehensive information about how the lessons fulfil teaching
requirements across all four UK curricula
