The whole school is taking part in Switch of Fortnight. We started today by having a green assembly then discussed ways to save energy both at school and home. The older children are going to ensure lights are switched off when the classrooms aren't being used....

We have just become a Green Flag School. Everyone is thrilled about it. All the children are so enthusiastic about our eco projects, with many parents and staff getting involved as well.

We have installed a web cam in one of our nesting boxes so we can all watch the birds on our interactive whiteboard if they choose to nest in the box.
